Yes, we all have beauty. Great words.
I rather suspect that the sun is probably one of only a few who find the warthog beautiful!
Desert Monk
and
Tangled Desert Tree
warthog, a part of nature, sun’s own creation, for him, it has to be lovely!
You’ve just written the Warthogs of the world a New Anthem! Great Haiku.
So ugly he’s beautiful —to other warthogs no doubt. Smiling at this one.
Unusual but a rare gift to make something ugly appear beautiful x Very philosophical x Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Warthogs probably find humans ugly 😉
That’s very possible… lol
Warthogs, vultures, hyenas – all beautiful in their own ways….
This is so wonderfully wirtten, Hazel. It’s been awhile. Hope all is well. 🙂
Poor warthog
I loved it ! It actually made me sit up and visualize the scene… Ugliness and beauty both in the same framework.
quintessentially ‘pig’ ugly – but a great haiku nonetheless
without ugliness there would be no beauty – so then what is ever ugly?
