Beauty wholes and all
vision of optimism
spots a wayside cheer
I love flowers. But that’s already obvious. I’ll make another fact obvious: I don’t know much about flower names. I was walking in a park on Sunday evening and this pink beauty was hanging attractively by the wayside. If anyone can tell me its name, I will be happy to know. Thank you.
Very nice photos. Yes, I can see that you love flowers. Have a nice weekend.
Wonderful colour indeed. Please have you all a good Friday.

Lovely pink flowers. Even without a name, they look just as pleasing 🙂
I’m pretty hopeless with flower names, too, but this one is delightful!
This is the Quisqualis indica (Family: Combretaceae )
Common name are Chinese Honeysuckle, Rangoon Creeper. I love the combination of colours of these flowers, so pretty/
There we go! Thanks Jama for naming this flower. I rather like the sound of honeysuckle.
“Honeysuckle” is worth a haiku, don’t you think? 🙂
Sugar Me a Haiku!
Very lovely pictures!!
Thank you Jama for identifying the flowers.
It is sad to see beautiful flowers and not knowing their names.
Beautiful! I’ll bet the fragrance was beautiful, too!
I am the same way, don’t know many names… but love them just the same, perhaps their names are joy, beauty, peace…soul names:-)
I think you’re right 🙂 Joy, Beauty, Peace, Hope are names easy to remember.
Beautiful macro photography of your loves and wonderfully uplifting haiku ~ ^_^ on blogger ^_^
And a post of good cheer. Nice one.
so many first signs of spring sprouting up today!
A very pretty photo…I have never seen a honey suckle in
that hot pink color. Pretty haiku too ♥♥
It’s lovely. I’m totally hopeless with flower names too.

Lovely photo and haiku!! Longing for spring!!

We all need some wayside cheer, and if we keep our eyes open, we just might find it@
Complaining Morning Glory
The photo spreads cheer and I presume seeing the flower in real life was even better!
